Nice game.

I like the design of the close gap jumps, this adds to the intensity of the run without beeing unfair.
The usage of the mouse is a nice touch with multitasking elements. Even though it is uncommon, it worked very well with your game.

Thanks for crediting my music. Nice to hear the songs in another setting and with different game play mechanics.

Great work, keep it up :)

Jhomas responds:

Thank you so much for the review & allowing your music to be used in games. Your tracks really fit the mood I was going for!

(ps I realized I hadn't credited you in the sidebar of the game, this is fixed now!)

I like the art style and the music of the game. The game play is ok in terms of platforming, but I found 2 problems which caused me to quit the game.

The control of the air jump does not feel right, instead I would have thought a double jump mid air would fit. I also didn't understood the arrow and Z button combination the first try.

The second levels difficulty level with the timing and the air jump is way too high. I suggest a level before where you introduce the time mechanics in a less difficult way and let the player practice the air jump a bit more, to get more comfortable.

I like the way the game is presented. Keep it up!

What's the difference to the 2D Game Kit provided by Unity Technologies? Where is you own touch, content and work? You also left the credits from the development team. Making slight differences and "selling" it as your game is an insult to the Unity Development team... :(

ManiacDevs responds:

that's why I left the credits and I placed a link to in in the description obviously not trying to hide it. I can do more once I see, it is actually good and people like it. just testing.

Sometimes you've got to risk everything to achieve new skills and overcome an sheer insovable task.

Awesome minimalistic game. It felt like playing a lowrez version of "Another World". You've managed to create a great amosphere. Everything was fitting, the effects, the music and the story progression. I wished to see more particle effects (wind, water, fog) to improve it, but I can't add more to it.

thelucre responds:

I'm proud that this game reminded you of Another World. Also, particle effects were on the list but cut in the interest of time. The next build will be much more 'animated' in the environments. :)

Great first game. It's like an action puzzle point and click platformer ^^, please make a sequel with more adventures :)

Really great project. I see a lot of effort and cross references of SNES games. :D

Great new match 3 mechanics with a serious topic. For a 1 week game, this is really well made.

Instant fav. I loved your first mobile version :D. Thanks for uploading. This sequel is truely far more advanced in animation and gameplay while keeping the charm of the first part. Love the "ancient cave" feeling.

Great game. I think my biceps got stronger after playing xD
